Weekly Workout

This is the opportunity for triathletes, open water swimmers and fitness enthusiasts to take your swim to the next level. You will swim mostly freestyle, however we provide instructions for breaststroke and backstroke, as well as wall turns. The general format for our classes includes warm-up, drills, main sets, skill focus and relaxed swim sets. Get coached, be challenged and have fun in the pool.

Private Sessions

Private Sessions

Private sessions are held in pool at the Burbank YMCA in Reading, MA. The sessions include video analysis, written analysis and suggested drills and workouts.

Price:

  • $150 per person for a 75-minute session.
  • $50 each additional person up to four people.

If you are racing in the open water, get coached in the open water! We work with you on areas that you seek to improve. We look at open water starts, turns, exits and technique. Private sessions are held at Stiles Pond, Boxford, MA.
