Make the most of your time running. Schedule an Athletic Pursuits Run Analysis! We use the very same thoughtful approach that we use with our swim technique analysis. We consider your history, your lifestyle and your goals to help you grow in overall fitness and specifically as a runner. We observe you in your run environment, use video analysis and provide feedback, skills and drills to help you improve in both run technique and performance. This run evaluation includes the following:
- 1-hour in person practical session
- Observations, video and review of your run technique
- You will practice relevant skills and drills
- Post session written follow up and 4-week suggested training program including run, strength and mobility practice
